A sweet velvet rosebud nestling in beaded foliage. Create an English summer garden, perfect for corsages, hair decorations and hat bands.

Or simply displayed in a bud vase as a reminder of a long hot summer and afternoon tea on the lawn. The Rosebuds are hand stitched using a very simple technique, and the beading is worked in a mix of Albion stitch and Herringbone stitch. The Foliage is worked in size 15 seed beads making this design suitable for experienced beaders.

Materials

Your kit contains everything you need to make four rosebuds in the colourway of your choice

size 15 metallic

6mm pearl
5 x 10cm Silk velvet in two colours
