Delivery

UK Our charges for postage are at cost of first class post for orders up to a value of £100.00 and special delivery via Royal Mail for orders over £100.00

All overseas (outside the UK) mail is sent Royal Mail Tracked via air mail.

Package and shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout.

All goods will be dispatched by first class post (or special delivery). Please allow 5-6 working days for UK despatch and delivery and 7-10 days for overseas despatch and delivery.

Delivery time is thereafter determined by the postal system of the recipient’s country. We declare the full value of the order for customs purposes.

EU Customers:
Orders to Europe are sent using Royal Mail or Parcel Force, most are sent insured and take approx 10-14 days. Heatherworks is EU Vat registered and GPSR compliant. You will be charged VAT at your countries rate at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any  customs and import taxes that may still apply and be charged by your customs department.  All parcels will hold an affixed Customs Declaration on the outside of the parcel. 

We obtain a proof of posting for all orders sent and cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed packages once dispatched.

Goods supplied will be as described on the web site. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the pictures shown match the goods as closely as possible some variations may occur due to the limitations in the photographic process or reproduction on different computer screens. Reference to weight and size are approximations but we do try to make them as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to substitute components (beads) to the nearest possible match in the event that a bead colour is unavailable or discontinued.

We reserve the right to reject any order up to the point of dispatch for any reason.
