Payment and Returns


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for the details that we need to process the order.

We accept credit card payment via Paypal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and paypal or your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you prefer to make a purchase without using Paypal, you can make payment via Bacs Transfer or Cheque (UK only). To process your order please contact us by email.

We have a minimum transaction value of £5.00

All prices are correct at time of going to print but are subject to change at any time and all errors and omissions excepted. VAT is not currently charged on products on this site, we reserve the right to commence to charge VAT at a future date. Printed material is zero VAT rated.


Should you choose to return the goods you have purchased, you must notify us within 14 working days beginning with the day after receipt of the goods. Cancellation notification must be made in writing or by e-mail and not by telephone.

The original postage charge for sending the goods will be deducted from any refund and the customer is liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Products will not be refunded without the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Kits and patterns are intended for personal use only and may not be sold, taught or transmitted without written permission from the artist.
All sales of kits and beading patterns are final.
The return of any printed goods is at the management’s discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
